Can't download Creative Cloud -- only have access to trial or purchase.

My boss purchased a business license and invited me as a team member. Neither she nor I can download the Creative Cloud apps. We only have access to trial versions or to pages telling us to purchase a plan. ???

sign out and then back in to your cc desktop app using the adobe id associated with the paid account, Sign in and sign out to activate Creative Cloud apps
