Newbie here, so please be gentle. Also, this may be a math
problem, and I am most certainly NOT a mathematician, so assume I
am a total dummy and need to be led by the nose.
I have a formula someone has provided me from an Excel
spreadsheet which says LOG(number). In Excel, the help says that by
default you will get the logarithm base 10 of the number. When I
use Math.log in Flash I get a totally different number computed.
The Flash help says that the Math.log method returns the natural
log. What do I do/How do I get the equivalent of what the Excel
spreadsheet is doing?
Thanks very much in advance for anyone that can help me.
