I've posted a couple of times, as I am in a similar situation, and hadn't thought I exceeded my limit either. Regardless, I doubt there is anything that can be done or no one is saying it can be. It would appear that there is no customer support for ADE? I haven't heard from anybody, period. Also, I've noticed a lot of people on the forum seem to have or had the same issue.
