are you creating one sharedobject and updating its data with each cd or are you over-writing the data with each cd or are you creating 4 different sharedobjects?
I am creating one shared object and adding data with each. The idea is to capture user input for each cd (different varibles) and then to print output at the end of the last cd.
ok, first use the trace() function to make sure your sharedobject's data property contains all that you think it should contain and what you expect to print.
if that trace() reveals what you expect, show your sharedobject code that retrieves and adds data to the sharedobject and your print code.
Thanks. I think I did what you are saying. It dawned on me that the var definition in the shared object was not the same as the original. So I added the whole so_name.data.var names to the print code and it worked.
Thanks for the response.
I have another issue with how to capture radio button results by group (question). That is also part of the printout I'm creating. I'm sure it's simple, but so far, I have not succeeded.
Any ideas? Or where I can find the answer?
create a listener for your radio buttons where you set a variable (that stores the selected radio buttons data). that variable will contain the value of the selected radio button.
Thank you. That was easy... as they say.
