You will probably be asked to deactivate the program. To Deactivate Premiere Elements 13, go to opened project's Help Menu/Sign Out.
Clicking on Sign Out is the program's Deactivation. Deactivation and uninstall are not the same things. So, you uninstall the regular way for your computer operating system...if Windows, the Control Panel route.
