    membership Issues


      Good Morning All,


      A collague of mine at ARUP had his motherboard on his laptop (dell) swapped out on monday and is now reporting the following issue


      "Hello again

      Since Dell looked at my machine, my copy of Adobe Creative Cloud is no longer working. I can't access any Adobe Applications except Lightroom and that is disabled and asking me to renew my membership.

      We have never been given Arup Creative Cloud ID's as it's possible we just need to reenter our account ID?



      Please can anyone advise if they have had similar issues after a hardware replacment/swap out?


      How does the membership/license work/attach to?
