    Cannot contact Adobe UK to organise a return


      I wish to request a return of Lightroom 6 upgrade which I have inadvertently ordered twice, once in April and again on 13 June 2015.  I have tried to contact Adobe by Chat on 13 June and and again today but could not make further contact on either day despite hanging on for several hours. I tried calling UK support but I have been on hold for nearly 45 minutes.  I see similar problems about the customer service throughout this Forum and elsewhere. Why can't I complete a simple refund request online or by email?  Can anyone please assist?
