Admin Console Extremely Slow to Save Edits

We are duplicating Event Bookings in Business Catalyst to create new dates on our website (we sell face-to-face courses).

Our admin team has been having difficulty with this for the last 4+ months. The admin console is extremely slow to save changes and will sometimes log you out with:

"ERROR occured code: 0Message : Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManagerServerErrorException: An unknown error occurred while processing the request on the server. The status code returned from the server was: 0"

Any ideas on how to make admin console more user friendly for these minor updates?

We've contacted our web designer who can't seem to duplicate the issue on their end.

This seems to be an increasing thing at the moment.

Could you make an actual support ticket on this, say there are several partners and forum posts on this increasing issue and see where you get with that.
