For this problem, you need to deauthorize and authorize ADE again.
Help -> Erase authorization.
ADE will be deauhorized.
Now again AUTHORIZE ADE
Help-> authorize computer.
Error will be fixed !!
I have tried this several times. It still does not work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program about 5 times now and have continued to try this. Nothing is working.
When I go to Erase authoriztion it asks for a Vender Login ID: I enter my email (my login info) and my password; which I use to log on to adobe accounts.
What is the vendor login ID and password? Where can I find this information? Is it not my login and password?
I am unable to have access to the Kaplan book for over two weeks now.
Please any help would be appreciated.
