please let me know where i can go to contact someone to reconcile and make sure that I have just one email or authorization. where can i connect with someone to do this? I keep going into a loop where I click on answers (first we need some information....screen), then try to submit but cannot - keep getting referred back to forums. any help would be very appreciated!!! my original problem is an error check activation issue. Have searched and told to deauthorize/reauthorize, but will not let me (email/id issue). Thank you.
Thank you for getting back to me. Sadly it did not help. I had previously
tried to uninstall and reinstall as well, also did not work. The authorized
user email does not appear to match the password. The email address that
appears to match the password cannot be inserted as an authorized user.
