Program is not loading (blue spiral is continuous and program is not responding). I was in the program and it froze up when I moved some photos from one photo to another on my PC. It seemed to confuse LR6 so I ultimately had to force close my PC and reboot it. The LR6 program will not open now.
SOLUTION employed: I had to uninstall the program. Reinstalling took an hour ONLY because of the help from technical support chat. I got there by going on the "BUY NOW" for LR6 and using the Chat button there. Otherwise there was no phone or email support that I could locate.
I had to register for the Creative Cloud and then use the "Try Now" button for the 30 day free trial. Downloading took about 40 minutes. Then I went to the "Buy Now" button and licensed the product with the serial number from when I purchased the item.
