I just updated my Creative Cloud App. Once this successfully updated all my apps disappeared from my dock. And when I put the apps back in the dock it now cannot find a subscription associated with my account. What the helllll. Anyone else having this issue? I type this as I wait to hear back from the online help folks.
You might try signing out of the Creative Cloud out (from the preferences) and then back in again and see if that helps. The process is described here: Sign in and sign out to activate Creative Cloud apps
Thanks Dave. Turns out our IT department changed the username and password and we didn't get the revised credentials. All is well with the world again!
