So I just upgraded to 2015 but it says "free trial" and it took over CC 2014 that's installed on my computer. I have been paying for CC for 2 years now and I just paid more than $300 last month, but on Adobe.com, it still reads as a free membership.
Has anyone experienced this or can provide any help? I tried calling customer support number, neither of the options can get me through to an Adobe tech person.

All taken care of. Come to find out, my paid subscription was under another email address of mine. I totally forgot because I deleted that email address.
