    I updated to CC 2015 which overrode 2014, but it says "Free Trial, and now I can't get 2014 back.


      Hey everyone.


      So I just upgraded to 2015 but it says "free trial" and it took over CC 2014 that's installed on my computer. I have been paying for CC for 2 years now and I just paid more than $300 last month, but on Adobe.com, it still reads as a free membership.


      Has anyone experienced this or can provide any help? I tried calling customer support number, neither of the options can get me through to an Adobe tech person.
