Installed and reinstalled Lightroom CC three times.
Even got online support from Adobe.
The guy took control of the PC and worked on it for 3 hours.
Worst, after the last solution did not work, he abruptly stopped responding.
Waited for good 40 minutes, still no answer.
Have paid for the CC subscription, still unable to launch the application.
The OPEN button in the Creative Cloud window is unresponsive.
Directly launching Lightroom gives error - mfc110u.dll not found.
This has cropped up before with LR an other adobe applications and requires Microsoft update. See this similar thread for further help:
