Could you try with the latest update of Lr Mobile. We have just release the version 1.5 to the app-store. If you still see the issue could you try re-sign-in to Lr Mobile. If that won't help please send out a Lr Mo.bile diagnostig log.
The Lr Mobile app log can be triggered when you open up the settings and long press the to LR Icon a diagnostic log will be generated and attached to your local mail client.
The update worked on my iPhone but not on my iPad, where I normally use the LR Mobile. I did an update, sign off/in, and a restart and nothing. I just sent a diagnostics log.
Hi Monica. Could you try with the latest version of Lr Desktop? Sometimes synced meta-data changes from Lr Desktop can have an impact to the Lr Mobile app. If that won't help could you try to delete the Lr Mobile app and re-install via the app-store. Hope that helps. Guido
