    I have down loaded Bluefire and have linked it to Dropbox.  I downloaded a book via my PC and have saved it in Dropbox.

      ? When I try to open the book in Dropbox I get 'This item was originally downloaded with a different user account or Adobe ID. To continue, please add that account'.  I have checked to see if I have multiple accounts but do not seem to.  I did have a problem with my password, probably I miss typed the first password and so don't know what it was.  I have now got a new password which is working fine, but I cannot resolve this problem myself.
