The Creative Cloud says "Installing Update" and is at 2% while saying "Trying to connect to the server...". It's stuck there and won't do anything. What can I try to fix this?
I've successfully signed in and have Internet connection.
Please try to uninstall Creative Cloud and reinstall it.
