    After Updating Photoshop one cannot connect to creative cloud


      yesterday we were informed by email that a new version is available (Desktop-Programme von Adobe | Adobe Creative Cloud).

      In the evening we update within Photoshop (not with the cloud updater).

      Already the update was not successful.

      Afterwards trying to connect to creative cloud the try will collaps.

      Message is "no internet" or similar

      But Browsing with IE or Firefox leaves without any problem.

      What can one do to repair the error?
