I have not been able to retrieve any videos for a while because the system is telling me I need to update flash player. When I am asked for password, I do not remember it; When i get to "forgot" password, I cannot get it changed. I have talked with tech support twice. They told me both times to bring the computer into retailer (Best Buy). I physically brought computer into best buy and was told I had to contact Adobe directly. I can't get into that system--period! I called best buy again and was told to go to Adobe.com (again). How do I get help with updating flash player. I am very frustrated. I have a MAC OS X. Please help.
