Now that I've upgrade Lightroom CC (as of June 16), there are a number of new source and destination folders in the Import panel. They have names like Lightroom-6.1.0-Update, AdobeCameraRaw-9.1-CC-mul-...
Click on them and ask to Show them in the Finder and they all just point to my home drive. I don't think these were meant to be visible?
What are these for?
Sounds like the Adobe installer may have left some disk images open. Open a Finder window and make sure the sidebar is showing by doing View > Show Sidebar. Then under Devices, look for those names and click the eject button. (If the list of Devices is collapsed, hover the mouse over Devices and click Show.)
Thanks for the tip. Those open disk images disappeared after rebooting my Mac this AM.
Good, that does confirm that they were disk images left over from installing/upgrade Adobe software.
