Please first try to sign out of Creative Cloud and back in: Sign in and sign out to activate Creative Cloud apps

I signed in and out a couple times - didn't work
I tried the second part and it won't let me sign in as an administrator. My main password does not work.
I also checked Adobe and it now shows I have no products listed. I've purchased CC2014 last yr., only ran into problems after updating to CC2015.
Is it possible you subscribed using a different email?
