Solution 3 helped for some users with login issues.

Thanks for getting back to me. I have tried all 3 on that list you suggested and none worked. I am still getting "waiting for connection"
Any other suggestions?
We have identified the root cause of the sync issue which will be fixed with the next Lr Desktop update. In the meanwhile the only workaround for you is to downgrade (via the CC-app) to the previous Lr version. Sorry for the inconvenience. Guido
