Just updated Photoshop and Lightroom to 2015 and now everything crashes upon launch. How do I backdate these to working versions?

Both Lightroom and Photoshop crash instantly after update to 2015. How do I backdate? Do I need to go through all the trouble of uninstalling everything and reinstalling from scratch?
