Do you allow multi-seat use of an Adobe Stock subscription?
No. You are currently required to purchase one subscription per person (or per “seat”).
This feels like an unnecessary restriction. If the number of downloads doesn't exceed the monthly allowance AND the files can be shared within the team once purchased, why should it matter which team member initiates the download? This simply introduces an extra step of sending a request to the "Adobe Stock license" account holder so that they can download the image and add it to the pool of shared images.
Unfortunately, this is likely a dealbreaker for us as relying on a single team member to do all the downloading is inconvenient and time-consuming.

I am a Creative Cloud for teams administrator and have purchased a license for Adobe Stock. Can I share the license with my delegates?
Yes, with Adobe Stock pooled images, licenses that admins purchase automatically become available to all of their team members. The team members can check the available number of images in the pool on the Adobe Stock website.
This feature is available exclusively for Creative Cloud for teams customers.
Your reply is the laziest, most thoughtless kind of "customer service" there is.
I believe it was made clear in my original post that we understand the current restrictions surrounding team stock accounts. My question was about the "why" of it.
If you don't have the answer, that's fine. A simple "I don't know, but since you are a paying customer I will look into it a bit further" reply would suffice.
Anything it better than a thoughtless copy-and-paste "answer" that makes it clear to everyone that you don't read, or don't understand, the forum questions. Copying and pasting FAQ snippets is not the same thing as constructively participating in a discussion.
Sorry you feel that way about my response, but I felt the updated info from the FAQ answered your question. The pooled license feature was not available when the original poster asked about this in June so the response at that time was different.
Let me try again:
If the number of downloads doesn't exceed the monthly allowance AND the files can be shared within the team once purchased, why should it matter which team member initiates the download? With the new Adobe Stock pooled images feature for CC teams, all team members will have access to the Stock images so can download the images they require.
This simply introduces an extra step of sending a request to the "Adobe Stock license" account holder so that they can download the image and add it to the pool of shared images. As above, with the pooled images feature for CC Teams, each team member can download the images. They don't have to send a request to the Stock license account holder if they are a member of the team.
