Lost the serial number. How can I get it back?

My Company just gave me a new laptop and I would like to reinstall the FlashBuilder. I disactivated the license on the old machine, but I found we had lost that serial number. I can only find the encrypted serial number in FlexProperty file. Can Adobe help translate it into the regular serial number? I can't find an email or number I can contact with. The only way the support pages points to is the forum.
