What happened to CC desktop program - it's blank?
When I click on the menu bar atop my mac pros window
Please try following steps:
1. Quit all the adobe processes running in the background and run the update again, see if that works if not switch to next step.
2. Download and install the updated version of the Creative Cloud Desktop app.
3. Remove the opm.db file, restart your computer, and relaunch the CC Desktop app
Location op.db :
For Mac : Click on Go-->Go to folder --> ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/opm
