I did all this with an Adobe person on chat this morning. It didn't work. Would a complete uninstall and reinstall of the Creative cloud app maybe work better?
Before that we can check with few steps .
If you wish to perform complete uninstall , we need to remove all Adobe folders from all locations to perform clean removal.
Did you renamed SLCache and SLStore folders?
Did you tried deleting OOBE folder from Appdata> Local > Adobe ?
Are you using Windows computer or Mac ?
we deleted the OOBE file, tried to rename the SLCache but couldn't find it. unistalled Creative Cloud, re-installed Creative cloud, signed back in downloaded Photoshop and still have trial versions. Updated my laptop Tuesday and didn't have any problems, but really need to get the desktop fixed. am running Mac Yosemite 10.10.3
SLCache folder location :
1) Right click on Finder icon and select "Go-To Folder" option.
2) You will get a text box, type-in below command and then hit 'Return' key.
It will open System Library folder.
3)Then navigate to Application Support>Adobe.
Open Adobe folder and locate SLCache folder.
