Nobody can tell you anything without proper system info or other technical details. The issue is most definitely on your end, not the Adobe servers.

I updated all software to the latest version 2015. After actualisation i can.t connect with my library cc. If i login to count adobe - i see my library, and my programs do not see library cc programs (not connect).
Polish helpdesk after all the scans and tests my account and advised waiting because it's a problem must be on host servers and be work on fix my problem.
They could not fix my problem and I completely downplayed me? what do you think?
