Why can't you just remove it via your usual operating system (which it would help if you identified) uninstall process?
Sorry to hear you are still experiencing problems. I know you said in a previous thread that tech support looked at the Hosts file but it may be worth opening it yourself in Notepad, just to confirm it’s clear of Adobe IP addresses.
How about the idea that I want my hard earned money back. It's not just a matter of removing it, it a matter of a refund because the activation software doesn't work. I can train my dog to remove it.
I already found the contact number and since I got it from Amazon, they will not refund or apply it to a cloud subscription. So in bottomline, I was robbed.
op system is win 7 pro 64 bit, lightroom is 6. problem appears to be communication between my laptop and their server.
First it could not come up with a sign in window, then it couldn't verify the SN. Now we are back to the sign in window. No one at least at the lower level support knows what to do except trying the same routines over and over expecting different results.
