It has come to our attention that some users are experiencing crashes when launching Adobe Hue on iPhone 6 and 6+ when trying to capture Looks live from the camera. We are not seeing this issue with creating Looks from the Camera Roll or images stored in the Creative Cloud. We believe this is due to a device memory issue and are looking into whether we can resolve this on our end.
If you are experiencing this issue, please reboot your device to clear its memory cache, and then launch Adobe Hue again. If you still encounter a problem after restarting the device, please do let us know so that we can assist you.
