Question on CF11 to refresh page for calculation question

Hi,

I am in the process of converting the pages from a cflayout (tab format) into individual pages because the the pages in the tab format work with some users IE 8, 9 and 11 browsers and does not work with other users IE 8, 9, 11 browsers.

In the tab format, when the Update Calculation link is selected, the page would take the values entered in the Number of One Way Trip/Day and Day/Year and calculate the value for the Total calculated units box. (Per the image)

When creating the individual page, is there a way to have the page refresh, keeping the value entered in the Number of One Way Trip/Day and Day/Year, when the link is selected to have the calculated value placed in the Total calculated units box?
