    Country does not match my Adobe ID


      I purchased a Creative Cloud education subscription via JourneyEd.com. I received an email with instructions on how to redeem my serial number. I'm getting an error message saying that my country doesn't match my Adobe ID. I suppose this error is common because there is text on this support website saying that if I get that message to contact support, which I have—4 times without a reply over the course of almost 2 months.

      I'm an American who is studying in Australia and have also studied in Korea before (where I first signed up for my Adobe ID years ago). How do I make my subscription work? Also, if I am directed to the Adobe Korea website, it is in Korean and I can't read it.


      I've been trying to figure this out for the past two months. JourneyEd even stopped replying basically saying "eff off, you're screwed, we don't care, we're going to take your money."
