I cannot get LR Creative Cloud to update on my laptop. The message I get when I click on the cloud symbol is "no internet connection". Yet I do use the internet on this laptop. How do I get LR to update????
Try clicking on settings (cogwheel icon) and sign-out. Sign-in again and go to the apps tab and wait for refresh.
