I have signed out and signed back in per the directions provided via link.
All applications that I have downloaded are all still in trial modes.

Erik, I am sorry, I did not find any CC under the Adobe ID in forum, can you personally message the CC adobe ID or the order # so that we can work on it.
Please refer to the help document below to fix the trial error:
You may also try to check your host file for any Adobe blocked entries.
In case there are any blocked Adobe entries, please delete them and then save the file.
I'm not running CS6, so i don't think this applie to my issue?
I'm running CC2015.
I tried uninstalling everything, and then clicking the "try " buttons again
to download the apps.
Still says "buy now" This is becoming frustrating.

Did you check the hosts file?
I checked the hosts file. Nothing blocking CC. I signed out and signed back in many times. Now it's says "buy" not "trial"
