I'm a mac user. i had a one year CC student membership that expired earlier this year. now i'm trying to install cs6, but everytime i try to activate the applications, the adobe applications manager pops up and tells me to renew my cc membership. i'm guessing i didn't properly uninstall cc completely. i've tried to uninstall everything from cc, but perhaps i missed something and now i can't install cs6.
Sign out of your account... Uninstall... run the Cleaner...
-http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html (and uninstall)
-using the cleaner after uninstalling and before reinstalling is needed
You should now be ready to install CS6
I already did all of those things.... uninstalled, ran the cleaner; but still having he same CC 'renew membership' window pop up.
