I'm basically a Photoshop user, but looking to learn InDesign. I was perusing the menus in the latest release and was surprised to see Minibridge still there, despite it taken out of Photoshop CC 2014 over a transition from Flash to Html5 panels.
Is there a reason InDesign is still able to keep MB?
ID CS6 had MiniBridge, it disappeared in CC, and I thought it was gone for good.
I had no idea it was back until I read your post. Turns out it was back already in CC 2014, I just checked.
Can't remember seeing this documented in Adobe's release notes, or mentioned on this forum.
I have no idea why ID has it and not PS, but it's great to have it back!
I don't think the InDesign team is as strict about taking out Flash-based panels as the Photoshop team. Different strokes....
That does explain it. I had thought the switchover to html 5 was for all apps.
Anyway I forgot to mention Minibridge is under ID's Window menu.
