Have you confirmed that if you request http://113.107.56.92/crossdomain.xml from the server that it actually returns a value?  Because the server is returning an HTTP 404 error, it seems like the file is either not found, or the webserver doesn't have permission to read them.  If the problem was on the Flash side, the request wouldn't happen, or it would request from the wrong path or something.  What you're showing here is that Flash makes the correct request and the server throws the error.

A raw view of the request and response would be useful, but I'd really like to know if you can actually access those files from your browser at the same location Flash is requesting them.
