Whenever there are check boxes in a file, the screen reader will read "Check Box Unchecked" too many times. In one instance, there are 3 check boxes but it reads it 6 times. Sometimes it reads it in the middle of a sentence where no check boxes are located. This doesn't happen with radio buttons, only with check boxes. We've noticed this in multiple documents. We tried replacing and recreating these check boxes and it just gets worse instead of better. I thought maybe there were some hidden check box form fields in the document, but that's not the case. Has anyone else had this problem?
I've attached screenshots showing the actual check boxes vs what the NVDA speech viewer is showing/reading.
What does the Tags pane in Acrobat Pro show for this segment of the document?
I've attached a screen shot below of the tags for this section. (Please note, the empty tags above the <Form> are for tabs in between the checkboxes and the text). Thanks!
