JavaScript to Open New Window in IE10?

    FINAO_15

      Hello:

Using the trial version of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, I've added a link to a PDF.  If I view the PDF in IE 10 and click the link in the PDF, I want IE to open a 2nd window (instead of a 2nd tab in the same window) to view the link content.  Using the JS Editor in Acrobat Pro DC, the code of

      app.launchURL("www.whatever.com", true)

does make the link content appear in a 2nd separate tab of the same IE 10 window, but is there any JS code to make the link content appear in a 2nd separate window of IE 10 (instead of a 2nd tab in the same window)?

Or, is this something that can’t be controlled with JS inside of Acrobat?

Any help/guidance would be greatly appreciated - thanks so much!
