ACS: Could not load any resource bundle by com.sun.org.apache.xerces.internal.impl.msg.XMLMessages

Hello,

We receive the following error when try to upload one specific epub file to the Adobe Content Server:

E_PACK_ERROR Could not load any resource bundle by com.sun.org.apache.xerces.internal.impl.msg.XMLMessages

Could you please advice what can be the problem? Is it connected somehow with epub markup? With other ebooks uploading works as usual.
