it seems that you dont understand the German explanation above! While the attempt to deactivate my device from the account an errormessage occured: Translation: "Devise cant be deactivated! Please try later!"

Can you please let know the ADE version you are using? This will help to find out a solution.
as I wrote above i installier the latest version 220.127.116.11585!
The reason I am asking is, deactivation related issue is addressed in the latest build of ADE 18.104.22.168585. So if you are using any earlier version of ADE, please uninstall and install the latest version of ADE and try deauthorization.
Young are right! the Problem could be that before it was a earlier version but i cant say whigh one! But as I uninstalled the not anymore functional version and installied the now the latest version the Problem stayed the same! ...but I cant tell You which was the version before! Sorry!
Please check whether the below mentioned steps helps you deactivating your device
- Go-> Go to folder.
Go to folder dialog will appear.
2. Type ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Digital Editions drag the activation.dat file to the trash.
- Choose Start > Run.
- In the Open text box, type regedit and then press Enter. The Registry Editor opens.
- In the left pane of the Registry Editor, locate the following registry key:
- Right-click the Adept key and choose Delete.
- In the Confirm Key Delete dialog, click OK.
Your authorization will be deleted.
ADE will be deauthorized now.
Now Authorize ADE again.
Note: After this, you will not be able to open books that are fulfilled using anonymous accounts (authorized computers without an ID).
