    Cannot activate device because of "too many activated devices". Please reset.


      I want to replace a reading device, but cannot active the new one because of too many activated devices. After searching the internet, I could not find a place to open a support case, and did not get a response in the web chat. Please, Adobe, please reset my activations. Thanks!
