Why doesn't "New to Edge Animate?" play?

Searching for help getting started with Edge Animate, I go to Edge Animate Help | Edge Animate Help. Under "Get Started," I click "New to Edge Animate?" A black screen comes up. A play arrow appears in the middle of it as a scintilla, then vanishes. The Play button at the bottom left does nothing.

I am on the trial. Do I not get the video because I'm on the trial? I can't believe that that would be the case.

I did a little testing with this video and found that I can replicate your trouble when viewing the page in Internet Explorer. It should work better for you by downloading another browser like chrome or firefox.
