I had a chat with someone from Adobe, but I'm not seeing that option anymore. It may only be $10, but I'd still like it back. I canceled my CC membership within the month period, so I'm unsure as to why I haven't go the money back, when the representative told me it would be returned within 5-7 business days. It's been almost a month now.
This is a user to user forum. Although an Adobe employee may occasionally appear here, we are customers just like you. You will have to contact Adobe directly.
