I can't open character animator because of license problems. I read through the troubleshooting and first signed out of and back into creative cloud. Then I restarted my computer and nothing changed. I then uninstalled After Effects and reinstalled it and it still won't work. How do you resolve the license issue with it?
Did you sign out from within AE using Help Menu>Sign Out?
