    Edge SVGs on Safari 8: drop shadows don't render

      Recent Edge animation, latest CC Edge version, using all SVG for images. Rendering of images and animation tests fine on all Windows platforms, Firefox, Chrome, IE,  & on all mobile platforms, Android, iPad, Windows etc. Hardware tested, not simulator.

      But in Apple Mac Safari 8, the SVG files show small oval shapes instead of the subtle drop shadows. I know that in order to render SVG image files correctly, Safari8/Mavericks needs the corrrect declaration in the page header, thusly:

      <meta http-equiv="content-type" content="application/xhtml+xml; charset=utf-8" />

      But that's not the issue, apparently. Anyone know of a fix other than redoing the graphics as non-scalable PNG files?SVG_problem.png
