Are you trying to open a PDF email attachment in Adobe Acrobat for iOS?
Would you take a look at the "Open from Mail" section in the following FAQ document to see if it helps?
Please let us know if you have additional questions.
Thank you for you suggestions. they have been helpful. I am still having trouble however, the share dropdown doesn't have the ICON for the Acrobat reader. nor another Icon that will let me put the pdf file into the Acrobat reader.
I have all Apple Products except the HP printer all wireless.
I was able to print a PDF formatted note from the email by adjusting the printer settings
I still cannot figure out why the Adobe logo isn't in the share dropdown!
thank you once again... Cyndie
Which app is showing the Share icon? Is it Mail, Safari, or something else? What is the color of the Share icon? Blue or dark gray?
If you can post the screenshot showing the app to your next forum reply, it would be very helpful. (Please note that the Adobe forums do not accept email attachments. You need to sign into the forum via a web browser and post a screenshot.)
We should be able to provide an answer quickly. Thank you.
Your last forum reply was empty. As I mentioned earlier, the Adobe forums do not accept email attachments.
Would you be able to answer the questions in the reply #3 above without posting a screenshot?
