Have you tried with another card, another browser , please try & let us know.
I've tried with 3 different cards, two different macs, a pc, an ipad and
also tried creating a new account
I have the same problem, i have tried with different, card, different names, different accounts, different everything. This is ridiculous.
I have the same issue - after I click "confirm", the page "your order is being processed" stays there forever, tried Safari and Chrome browsers. Chat support didn't help and asked to contact them again in 3 hours (?!), super disappointing experience. How am I supposed to get the apps I need?
