    How to cancel an old Creative Cloud account and get clients to use the new one.


      Does anyone know how to cancel an old Creative Cloud account. I have user clients that try to keep connecting to the old account rather than the new VIP account Adobe set up and this says their contract has expired. I've tried Adobe support but they said they'd fixed it and I needed to wait 30 days for the account settings to change. Of course it didn't. That has now put me out of the 90 days support window and it won't let me reopen the case or open a new one. I have to say I'm getting very annoyed with Adobe. They charge a fortune for Creative Cloud and support is non-existent. Any help appreciated because they don't seem to give a damn whether their software works or not.
