I tried to log into my creative cloud the other day, the creative cloud box opened up to say installing an update, but that's as far as it ever gets, it's stuck 0% and I don't get an error or any further prompts. Can someone assist please?

Have you tried disabling your antivirus and firewall?
Thanks for the reply Magha, I'm using Windows, the computer is also on a network, I had to log out and back in as admin and this has resolved the issue, Creative Cloud is now up to date.
